With over 20 years experience across a wide range of sectors, Ian’s career to date has covered managing the operations side of everything from newspapers to beers. His expertise is invaluable to the smooth running of our new Creamery, Ian makes sure that our production process runs smoothly and that our yoghurts are delivered on time and fresh to our customers.

We have a small team which means my role involves working across all functions, it is therefore varied and interesting I could be working in production today and product development tomorrow. It is also exciting to be part of a growing business.
